These acting professionals invest money into their bodies to get a better sum of money. The by product is actually what a lot of us are actually seeking – ripped abs.
For starters, ripped abs come with the least amount of body fat. As the percentage of your body fat decreases, the abs become more defined. The visible outcome is only six-pack abs with your skin only. Scoring the lowest percentage of body fat becomes the key to the riddle of ripped abs.
Scoring a low body fat percentage takes into account several areas. Such areas include cardiovascular workouts, the correct ab workouts and the proper abs diet. To build abs, you need to put in blood, sweat and effort. To get ripped abs, you need to put in more blood, more sweat and more effort.
Many men carry weights and go to the gym often. In addition, they do the most intensifying cardio workouts. But sadly, most of them refuse to give attention to what they eat. The truth is that you will only need whole foods(with the proper nutrients) and the correct ab workouts. Many people have the mistaken belief that Meal replacement products (MRPs) have “magical” fat-melting characteristics. MRP’s provide very little benefits to your body so it’s better for you to save the money instead.
There are days where everyone is lazy and they don’t feel like eating the correct foods or working out. Basically, everyone needs a break.
The secret to stay motivated at all times is not only to have a goal but to establish the reasons why you want that goal.
The is because everyone has emotions. It is just that you need to sustain the high level of determination to undermine your negative emotions. Establishing the reasons why you want that goal enables you to bear the pain to develop those ripped abs.

Notice those commercials which depict “Lose 30 pounds in 20 days!” or “Lose 10 pounds in 2 days!”? These commercials aren’t exaggerating one bit. They know their stuff. They have expertise and professionals to enable you lose weight quickly. Yes, you aren’t reading wrongly. They do work. BUT, if you really sign up with these companies, you are making a major mistake of confusing fat loss with weight loss.
Get this straight. Muscle fire up your basal metabolism. And achieving the highest basal metabolism is the key to achieving ripped abs. Anyone can have a flat tummy with no visible abs quickly. Companies who promote commercials like “Lose 30 pounds in 20 days” have already known for themselves that it takes a lot of effort to lose the fat if the person is to lazy to build muscle. Therefore, they have plenty of weight loss machines that make you lose water.
Yes! Water!
I see men and ladies signing up like pure desperados and they look so delighted when they see the immediate change in the weighing scale after they are being “incubated” for twenty minutes in the weight loss machines. I don’t blame them, because they don’t know what treatment they are undergoing at all. These companies will just throw you a lot of jargon to make their weight loss machines to be something so complicated and rocket science that you will just look plain stupid to even ask questions about the treatment! Seventy percent of your body comprises of water. I can even recommend you a faster method to lose weight. Just simply stop gulping water over the weekend and you will see a significant change in the weighing scale. When you stop drinking water, you lose weight and water. If you ask me, that is a great way to await death.
One more thing, you need to drink water to preserve your muscles. Muscles (especially ripped abs) fire up your basal metabolism. So if you do something so stupid to decrease muscle mass (with the majority of it to be cutting your ripped abs mass), you will just slow down your basal metabolism.
I get frequent complaints like, “I can’t see my ripped abs.” When I enquire about their diets and what they drink. They say, “ I did follow your advice and drink lots of water. I constrained my diet as well, shifting from my usual 2200 calories to a mere 500 calories.”
That is the second big mistake. Eating less causes a drastic drop in your basal metabolism as well. You need to eat to preserve your muscle mass(your ripped abs at risk!).
